Cancellation Policy:
Bookings may be cancelled or amended prior to one month from Experience date without forfeiture. Cancellations received within one month will forfeit all monies paid.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by Quercus Truffles a full refund or alternate date will be offered.

Confirmation of Bookings:

We require full payment at the time of booking to confirm places for all Truffle Hunt Experiences.

Wet Weather:

Truffles season falls during the winter months of the year and as such it is possible that hunts may occur during cold, rainy weather. We will proceed with all scheduled hunts, gumboots, umbrellas and waterproof jackets will be supplied in the event of wet weather conditions.
